Bringing Baby Home
Welcoming a new baby is a joyful and life-changing experience—but it can also bring unexpected stress and strain to even the strongest relationships. The Bringing Baby Home workshop, developed by Drs. In this interactive workshop, you will:
Learn practical tools to deepen friendship and intimacy with your partner.
Discover strategies for staying connected and managing conflict constructively.
Build skills for co-parenting as a team and supporting each other through challenges.
Gain insight into your baby’s emotional world and how to foster healthy development.
This class is ideal for:
Expecting parents preparing for their baby’s arrival.
Parents of infants and toddlers (age 0-3) seeking to strengthen their relationship while navigating early parenthood.

FAQs
Q: Who is this class intended for?
A: This class is designed for either expectant parents or parents of young children age 0-3.
Q: Can I bring my baby to the class?
A: Pre-crawlers are welcome to join class, we can roll with some minor disruptions. Unfortunately older babies and toddlers can be more distracting and take away from engagement. Please reach out to me if you want help/suggestions arranging childcare.
Q: Are there other dates/times available if this session doesn’t work for me?
A: Please check back or reach out for future dates. I am planning to offer this workshop quarterly at various locations in the East Bay.
